Alfreida B. Kenny, Esq. is an experienced mediator and arbitrator, having mediated more than one hundred cases, including trusts and estates and commercial disputes. She has successfully mediated a class action involving denial of federal and state governmental benefits, trusts and estates disputes involving claims of fraudulent transfers of real property, breach of contract, breach of lease, Title VII employment discrimination claims, 1983 false arrest claims, and American Disability claims.

Kenny, Esq. is on the mediation panels for the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County, the American Arbitration Association, CPR, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
